What does it cost to register?
The registration fee for the 104th 4Days Marches is €104. For military participants from the Small Contingents, staying at Camp Heumensoord costs €300. Registration is closed.
Please note that military participants who have the nationality of one of the official delegation countries might be subject to different registration and payment procedures. Please contact your delegation’s contact person for more information.
A certificate is a personalised memento of your extraordinary walking achievement. It is proof, along with your 4Days Marches Cross or number pin, that you successfully completed the 4Days Marches. A certificate costs €11 and can be ordered when you register, or you can order it for the same price up to 14 July on My 4Days. You can still order a certificate after this date, but you will then need to pay €17,50. You can contact the Service Desk to arrange this.
You will receive your certificate if you succeed in completing the 4Days Marches. If you do not successfully complete the event, you will not receive a certificate. We will not be able to refund your payment.

Facilities Camp Heumensoord
If you participate in the 4Daagse with a military detachment, you will walk the military 40 km route that starts from Heumensoord and you are obliged to stay at Camp Heumensoord. You can also use the other facilities of the Central Military Support Command (CMSC, CVM in Dutch), for example the care at the aid stations along the route. Did you not book an overnight stay at Heumensoord when you registered? This can also be done at a later date. You can book a stay at Camp Heumensoord through My 4Days until 29 April.
A few weeks after your registration and payment you will find your starting ticket on your My 4Days page. As soon as your ticket is ready we will let you know by email. If you are taking part in the 4Days Marches as an individual military participant, you will need this ticket when you sign in on Sunday or Monday prior to the start of the 4Days Marches.
If you are participating as part of a military detachment, you will not need the starting ticket because your detachment commander will handle your sign in for you. As soon as you are added to a detachment, your individual ticket will automatically no longer be valid. Your detachment commander will receive a starting tickset for the complete detachment at the beginning of July. This allows this person to sign in all group participants at the same time on Sunday 17 or Monday 18 July.
Cancelling your registration
You can cancel your registration up to 14 days from the date we receive your payment and your fee will then be refunded in full. After this date you can no longer cancel your registration with a refund of the fee.
You can easily cancel your registration yourself on your My 4Days page. If you are unable to cancel it yourself for any reason, please contact the Service Desk.
If it turns out that you are unable to participate in the 4Days Marches after this 14-day period, you do not have to inform us. However, we would advise you to inform your detachment commander in good time that you will not be able to participate in the 4Days Marches. If your detachment fails to meet the minimum requirement of 11 participants due to your absence, the detachment commander can add new participants to the detachment until 17.00 hrs CET on 30 June via My 4Days. If there are not enough participants, the detachment will be disbanded.
