Information for the media

The 4Days Marches has always been a very mediagenic event, one that attracts large-scale media attention year after year. Will you be covering the 4Days Marches too?

The event

Our event, which starts annually on the third Tuesday of July, is officially called the 4Days Marches. Although the start and finish are in Nijmegen, the route passes through a large number of beautiful municipalities in the region. The 108th edition will take place from 21 to 24 July 2026.

The organization behind the 4Daagse is Stichting DE 4DAAGSE. You can read more information about Stichting DE 4DAAGSE here.

Facts and Figures

On this page, you will find various statistics from past editions. Curious about the numbers and facts of the current edition? You’ll find them here. Press releases can be found here.

Accreditation

Media representatives can apply for online accreditation before the 4Days Marches. With accreditation, you will have access to the press center at the start and finish area at the Wedren, receive our press releases first, and we can connect you with our participants who are in the spotlight.

In the Spotlight

Walkers participating in the 4Days Marches achieve a truly remarkable feat. Some take part to challenge themselves, others walk for a good cause or for another special reason. You’ll soon find a selection of these participants featured in the ‘In the Spotlight 2026’ on our website.
