From start to finish
The week of the 4Days Marches is more than just the four days of walking. It all starts either on the Sunday or the Monday before the first walking day. Sign in at your starting location and then you can meet up with friends, old and new, swing along with an oompah band, and celebrate with the high-energy duo Wipneus and Pim. But don’t stay up too late: your first walking day awaits you bright and early Tuesday morning. Read how to sign in, check what time you start and what time you have to be back in, prepare for the checkpoints along the way, and study the wonderful routes we have set out for you. Good luck!

Signing in
Sign in at your start location on the Sunday or the Monday before the first walking day.
Start
Each distance has its own starting times.
Checkpoints
Every participant is given a checkpoint card, which is checked at various times during the day.
Finish
You need to sign off by a certain time on each walking day.
