Next toilet: 5km (at most)
Whichever distance you walk, every 5 kilometres you will find free toilet facilities, the largest of which are marked on the route maps. Along the route signs will show you the way.
There are additional toilet facilities along the way: you can often make use of the toilets in the homes of local residents and at restaurants and cafes, sometimes for a small fee. The toilet locator app 'HogeNood' pinpoints all the public and semi-public toilets. Would you like to do your part as well? Then download our special 4Daagse toilet poster.
We ask that you respect the natural areas, the routes and the gardens of local residents and not use any green areas, public or private, as a toilet.

At De Wedren and at two medical aid stations en route you will also find accessible toilets for disabled participants. In addition, every walking day your route will bring you close to about 15 restaurants or cafes, municipal buildings, sports halls or other venues with an accessible toilet. Click here for an overview of toilet facilities for disabled participants (Dutch version, pdf) during the 107th 4Days Marches.
During the 4Days Marches, there is a free toilet facility every 5 kilometers. Please note that there may be a short wait at times. The Liberpee offers a convenient solution for women who want to pee more quickly and comfortably.
This practical urination aid allows you to pee standing up without having to pull down your pants – so no bare buttocks or thighs. This makes it easy to use urinals designed for women. The Liberpee is also hygienic, easy, and discreet to use for women in wheelchairs.
With the Liberpee, you don't have to worry about toilet stress and can stay properly hydrated – essential when walking long distances.
The Liberpee is suitable for girls and women of all ages – from 4 to 100 years! Curious? Visit the LOWA stand during the 4Days Marches to get your own Liberpee.
