What does it cost to register?
The registration fee for the 105th 4Days Marches is € 109. You pay the registration fee directly at registration via the registration module on this website. After payment, you will receive your ticket within 24 hours and are ensured of participation in the 4Days Marches in 2023.
Delegation countries
Please note that military participants who have the nationality of one of the official delegation countries might be subject to different registration and payment procedures. Please contact your delegation’s contact person for more information.
Certificate
A certificate is a personalised memento of your extraordinary walking achievement. It is proof, along with your 4Days Marches Cross or number pin, that you successfully completed the 4Days Marches. A printed certificate costs €12.50 and a digital certificate costs €3.50. A certificate can be ordered directly with your registration or until 23 July via My 4Days.
Even after this date, you can still order a certificate via My 4Days. The costs will then be €18.50 for a printed certificate and €3.50 for a digital certificate.
If you succeed in completing the 4Days Marches, you will receive your certificate by post a few weeks later. If you do not successfully complete the event, you will not receive a certificate. We will not be able to refund your payment.

Starting ticket
Within 24 hours of your registration and payment you will find your starting ticket on your My 4Days page. This ticket serves as confirmation of your registration and you must be able to present it when you sign in on Sunday or Monday. If you are walking the 30 or 40km routes from the Wedren, you can also see on the ticket which starting group you have been placed in.
Cancelling your registration
You can cancel your registration up to 14 days from the date we receive your payment and your fee will then be refunded in full. After this date you can no longer cancel your registration with a refund of the fee.

If it turns out that you are unable to participate in the 4Days Marches after this 14-day period, you do not have to inform us. If you have not signed in on one of the sign-in days, it will automatically be noted in our files that you were unable to participate in the 4Day Marches this year.
Facilities Camp Heumensoord
When you register, you can indicate whether you want to use the facilities of the Central Military Support Command (CMSC, CVM in Dutch). In addition to accommodation at Camp Heumensoord, this also includes care at the aid stations along the route. If you choose to participate on the 40km route that starts from Camp Heumensoord, you are obliged to stay at Camp Heumensoord.
Accommodation fee is €310 for Small Contingents. You will be able to use the camp's facilities from Saturday 15 July to Saturday 22 July. For more information about Camp Heumensoord, please click here or send an email to 4daagse@mindef.nl if you have any further questions.
Did you not book an overnight stay at Heumensoord when you registered? This can also be done at a later date. You can book a stay at Camp Heumensoord through My 4Days until 16 June.

Participants living in the Netherlands can pay using iDEAL. Participants living elsewhere can pay by credit card or another means of payment depending on the country.
Once online payment is complete, this will be shown immediately on your My 4Days page. You can track the status of your registration under ‘Orders’. If you see ‘Paid’, this means we have received your payment in full and your registration for the 105th 4Day Marches is complete. You will also receive a payment confirmation by email.

Would you like to cancel your LOWA order? Go to your messages in My 4Days or send an email to 4daagse@lowa.nl. Your payment will then be refunded in full.
