Registering as a civilian group

We are so pleased that you want to take part in this year’s 4Days Marches! The 105th 4Days Marches will take place from 18-21 July 2023 and the registration fee is €109. You can register for the 4Days Marches online.

Anyone who wants to participate in the 4Daagse with a civilian group is registered by the person designated by the group as group contact. Immediately upon that registration, a group can be formed. You can read on this page exactly how this works and what the conditions are for participating as a group.

Period 1: from Monday 23 January 2023 (10.00 hrs CET) until Friday 10 February (10.00 hrs CET)

For anyone who wants to participate in the 4Days Marches with a civilian group. Even if you have never participated in the 4Days Marches before, you can still register as a civilian group during this period.

Period 2: from Monday 13 February 2023 (10.00 hrs CET)

For anyone who wants to participate in the 4Days Marches in 2023.

Registration will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached (Article 1, registration regulations). Everyone has the chance to register in period 2 if the maximum number of participants in period 1 has not been reached. There will no longer be a draw.

Would you like to participate in the 4Days Marches with a civilian group? Then the group contact will register you. A group consists of a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 41 participants. It is important that the group contact has the name, date of birth and registration number of all participants in the group. From 23 January, you can register on this page.

Step 1: the contact person creates a group using the form

Enter the registration number of the group contact, select which distance the group participates in and enter a group name.

Step 2: forming the group

Log in to My 4Days and select the previously created group. Add the group members one by one. You will need the registration number, date of birth and any KWbN membership number. Select per participant if they wish to order a certificate.

Step 3: creating tickets

A group must consist of at least 11 people. Complete the group registration by clicking the 'Create tickets' button. The group contact will receive an email confirming the registration and an invoice.

Step 4 (optional): adding group members afterwards

It is possible to add participants to the group later. Go to the group in My 4Days and add participants. These can be new participants or participants who are already individually registered to the 4Days Marches. Confirm the new group by clicking 'Create tickets'. The group contact will receive a new confirmation and additional invoice. The invoice only shows the newly registered participants and not those who have already paid for their ticket individually.

Participation as a civilian group is subject to a number of additional conditions. It is important that during the 4Days Marches you clearly show that you belong together! So wear recognisable group clothing and walk together in orderly groups on the same distance on all days. It is up to the group leader to ensure that all conditions are met during the 4Days Marches.

You can read more about the conditions that groups need to meet in order to take part in the 4Days Marches in the Regulations for Civilian Groups.

More info

The registration fee for the 105th 4Days Marches is €109. You will find more information on the registration fee, the method of payment, and when you can expect your starting ticket on the Payment and confirmation page.

You can check the age table on the Distances page to see which distance is open to you. Please note: all members of the group must walk the same distance, and no member is allowed to walk a shorter distance than the regulation distance that applies to that person.

If you want to participate in the 4Days Marches together with friends, family or fellow employees as a civilian group, you determine in advance who the group contact will be. This person has the important task of forming the group on My 4Days. The group must have at least 11 participants by no later than 17.00 hrs on 16 June. If this is not possible, the group will be dissolved and everyone will remain registered as an individual participant.

In addition to a group contact, each civilian group has a group leader who is responsible for the group at all times and who ensures that this civilian group always complies with the regulations during the 4Days Marches. The group leader and group contact can be the same person.
