Registering as a civilian group

We are so pleased that you want to take part in the 4Days Marches as part of a civilian group! The 106th 4Days Marches will take place from 16 to 19 July 2024 and the registration fee is €115. You register for the 4Days Marches online. There will be two registration periods in 2024. Make sure you check carefully during which period you can register.

A group is made up of a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 41 participants. If you want to participate in the 4Days Marches with a civilian group, the group contact will take care of registering you. The group contact must have the names, dates of birth and registration numbers of all group members.

This person must contact the Service Desk to arrange this. Share the name of the group contact, the number of participants, the group name, and the selected distance. The Service Desk will create a civilian group online and explain how to add participants to the group.

Period 1: Monday 12 February (10.00 hrs) to Friday 1 March (17.00 hrs).
For anyone who wants to take part in the 4Days Marches as part of a civilian group. Even if you have never participated in the 4Days Marches before, you can register as a civilian group during this period.

Period 2: from Monday 4 March (10.00 hrs).
For anyone who wants to take part in the 4Days Marches in 2024.

Registration will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached (see Article 1, Registration Regulations). If the maximum number of participants has not been reached yet by the end of the first registration period, everyone will have a chance to register during the second period. There will not be a draw anymore.

The group contact will receive a confirmation of the group registration and an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 14 days.

Participation as a civilian group is subject to a number of additional conditions. It is important that during the 4Days Marches you clearly show that you belong together! So wear recognisable group clothing and walk together in orderly groups on the same distance on all days. It is up to the group leader to ensure that all conditions are met during the 4Days Marches.

You can read more about the conditions that groups need to meet in order to take part in the 4Days Marches in the Regulations for Civilian Groups.

More info

The registration fee for the 106th 4Days Marches is €115. You will find more information on the registration fee, the method of payment, and when you can expect your starting ticket on the Payment and confirmation page.

You can check the age table on the Distances page to see which distance is open to you. Please note: all members of the group must walk the same distance, and no member is allowed to walk a shorter distance than the regulation distance that applies to that person.

If you want to participate in the 4Days Marches together with friends, family or fellow employees as a civilian group, you determine in advance who the group contact will be. This person has the important task of registering the group. The group must have at least 11 participants by no later than 17.00 hrs on 14 June. If this is not possible, the group will be dissolved and everyone will remain registered as an individual participant.

In addition to a group contact, each civilian group has a group leader who is responsible for the group at all times and who ensures that this civilian group always complies with the regulations during the 4Days Marches. The group leader and group contact can be one and the same person.

Once you have been registered by the group contact, you will automatically receive an email confirmation of your registration. You will then also get access to My Dashboard page. You can log in to this page and check your registration at any time. If you still have any questions, please see our contact page.
