Route change on the first walking day

We previously informed you about a route change on day 4. This applies to the 50 km and the military 40 km routes, between Grave and Beers. In addition, there are two minor adjustments to the route on day 1. Below you can read what changes and why.

Elst

This change applies to the 30 km and the military 40 km routes. In Elst, the route will no longer pass via the roundabout and Industrieweg Oost. Instead, participants will go under the viaduct and continue directly onto Bemmelseweg.

This adjustment allows participants on these distances to pass through the area more safely and comfortably. It also ensures that vehicular traffic at the Olympiasingel/Industrieweg Oost roundabout can continue to flow smoothly.

Elden

This change applies to the 50 km route only and is a one-off adjustment. Vitens is currently replacing the water main in Rijksweg West. As a result, this section of the course will temporarily be diverted via Hennepstraat and Klapstraat.
